ABC’s of Arbitration: Fundamentals of Arbitration and Other ADR Strategies

The South Palm Beach County Bar Association ADR/ Mediation Committee presents the “ABC’s of Arbitration: Fundamentals of Arbitration and Other ADR Strategies.”

Our speaker panel, which includes adr practitioners and former jurists, will address the topics lke what are the characteristics of a complex arbitration; rules and procedures for complex arbitrations (AAA, FINRA, JAMS); tips and techniques for arbitrators in complex arbitrations and selecting the panel; and interim and final hearings and awards in complex arbitrations. This virtual program will also offer a summary of the following: hallmarks of the complex arbitration; the Arbitrator’s Perspective – Conducting the Complex Arbitration Fairly and Efficiently; and the Advocate’s Perspective – Special Problems with the Complex Arbitration.
