GAR Live: Construction Disputes 2022

JAMS is a proud sponsor of GAR Live: Construction Disputes 2022. JAMS neutral Laura Abrahamson will participate on a tribunal discussing arbitration proceedings. The session is entitled, "2 Fast 2 Furious: Arbitration in an hour" which will be part of the last session of the day. The audience will participate in what may be the first ever construction arbitration hearing to be concluded in one hour. The U.S. Supreme Court allows parties 30 minutes each to present their case: the panel of counsel and experts attempt the same, in a mock construction arbitration. Thereafter, a tribunal of experienced construction arbitrators discuss whether this (or a slightly extended version) could be the way forward for construction arbitrations.
