1 hour of California MCLE Credit

Arbitration is on the rise throughout the Pacific Rim and, as America’s window to the East, California is the place where business, technology, and disputes from Asia and the Americas converge.  Hear from representatives of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and California Arbitration (CalArb.org), as they discuss the implications that recent developments in law, politics, and business have for the future of Pacific Rim arbitration – and the role that California can play.

Please join, either in-person or via zoom, for a one hour program and Q&A. Reception with light refreshments to follow during the second hour of the program.

Featured Speakers:

  • Mariel Dimsey | Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)
  • Adriana Uson | Head (Americas) of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)
  • Sally Harpole | Independent Arbitrator
  • Dan Tan | Principal, Dan Tan Law
