Straus MLC Global - Switzerland | Negotiation and Mediation Training: European Edition

Featuring a panel of nationally recognized experts in dispute resolution, this comprehensive program provides a forum for direct, informal contact with the entire Straus faculty.

The MLC Global program offers a unique opportunity to learn cutting-edge dispute resolution and negotiation strategies and best practices, from our distinguished international faculty of dispute resolution and negotiation experts. Featuring a panel of recognized experts in negotiation and dispute resolution, this comprehensive program provides a forum for direct, informal contact with the faculty to deepen and deepen their dispute resolution and negotiation skills.

Through lectures, small group discussions and practice exercises, participants will learn advanced techniques around topics such as:

  • Cross-Border Dispute Resolution
  • Neuro-Behavioral Understanding and Bias Reduction
  • Advanced Settlement Strategies
  • Advanced Negotiation Skills
  • Managing Emotions in Conflict

The program will additionally include a unique roundtable discussion addressing cross-cultural issues in dispute resolution, as well as excursions to local landmarks.
