Through training and promoting summit graduates, and through media and law firm outreach, Lead Counsel Summit seeks to achieve its initial goal of having 25% of each graduating class serve in lead counsel roles in significant litigations or appeals within two years of graduation.

Saturday, August 26, 2023: Panel discussions by instructors on topics including “What is a Lead Counsel,” “How to Win Your Jury,” and “Dealing with Conflicts,” followed by a reception 
Sunday, August 27, 2023: Mock pitches and mock openings by participants in front of in-house counsel and judges
