This panel will address challenges to individual and mass arbitration and evolving uses of arbitration, as well as important developments in class action and important UDAP developments. By attending this panel participants will learn how to:

  • Assess evolving challenges to enforceability of arbitration agreements, including potential implications of recent Supreme Court decisions
  • Differentiate mass arbitration and the wave of individual arbitrations as compared to class actions, including law and practical considerations
  • Understand class certification and settlement updates, including standing post-Ramirez
  • Analyze important UDAP developments
