ABA Forum on Construction Law 2024 Fall Meeting

Presented by the American Bar Association

JAMS is a proud sponsor of the ABA Forum on Construction Law. Join us in the Steel City – Pittsburgh – for the Forum’s first visit to this industrial mecca with bridges spanning its famous Three Rivers. This first visit coincides with another Forum first – the first piece of the ultimate construction trilogy. Every project requires three main participants working together to be successful—design professionals, owner/developers and constructors. Embark on the first part of the ultimate trilogy for construction lawyers and learn more about the design process from the design team, what drives their decision making and how best to work with them no matter your client’s role on the construction project.

The Forum's 2024 Fall Meeting theme is “The Built Environment: Drawing on Design.” This program will cover a broad spectrum of topics that appeal to both transactional and litigation practices of all experience levels. Whether you are a seasoned or newly-minted practitioner, this program will offer all attendees the opportunity to learn from an all-star faculty how age-old design issues can be solved with new-age techniques and approaches and explore the details of the designer’s role and responsibility in the construction process.
