In its 65th year, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada Annual Meeting will grow to over 300 defense attorneys, mediators, judges, and industry representatives. This annual event brings together members of all career levels to discuss cutting edge topics of the legal system of tomorrow and gain insights into emerging practices, technologies, and advice from leading experts. The 65th ADC Annual Meeting is scheduled for December 5-6, 2024, in San Francisco, CA at The Westin St. Francis. It promises to be a significant experience with influential keynote speakers and ample networking opportunities.

Panelists who will provide tips and traps Young Lawyers need to know for success, on topics including social media, understanding your audience (partners, senior attorneys and clients), easy marketing for young lawyers, the importance of quality work product, what your partners really want from their junior attorneys, and the importance of ethics, giving back to the community, and mentors. This session is intended to provide a safe environment for Young Lawyers where no question is dumb!
