Arbitration Training Institute 2024

JAMS Neutral, Shelby R. Grubbs, J.D., FCIArb and JAMS Practice Development Director – East, Jessica De Leon will participate as faculty at the 2024 American Bar Association Arbitration Training Institute from June 6-7. The Institute features comprehensive sessions on every stage of the arbitral process examined from the vantage point of neutrals, advocates, and in-house counsel. Mr. Grubbs will participate in panels and break-out sessions discussing the early stages of arbitrations, building an arbitration practice, ethical issues, and key topics in international arbitration. Jessica will participate in the panel discussion, "Getting Started and Staying Active: Lessons from Providers and Practitioners" addressing developing and maintaining a robust arbitration practice.
