Dual Qualification Advanced Training Program in International Commercial Mediation

Presented by Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Court (SCIAHK)

JAMS neutral Giuseppe De Palo, Esq. will be a trainer at the 2024 "Dual Qualification Advanced Training Program in International Commercial Mediation" jointly organized by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Court (SCIAHK). The program will be held in Shenzhen and Hong Kong from March 20 to March 24, 2024.

This training invites internationally renowned mediation professionals from multiple jurisdictions to give on-site lectures from four perspectives: the United States, Europe, Hong Kong, and Mainland China, focusing on large compensation mediation cases, the European commercial mediation innovation experience, and the docking mechanism Hong Kong litigation-mediation.
