Drawing from his extensive and varied experience on the bench, Hon. Robert D. Foiles (Ret.) is known for his ability to bring parties to resolution. In his presentation he will offer guidelines on how to prepare for mediation and overcoming impasse. In addition, the program will cover:
- Best practices for effective advocacy in mediations
- Preparing the mediator through brief writing, pre-mediation meetings
- Preparing your clients
