NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section Fall Meeting 2024

Ms. Fisher and Ms. Peterman will be speaking on a panel entitled “Practice Tips on Mediating Complex and Emotionally Charged Disputes” at 10:15am, and Ms. Jantsch will be speaking on the 2:00pm panel, “A Discussion With the Providers: Adapting to AI and Other Changes.” See information on the panels below:
In these turbulent times, a panel of seasoned mediators will offer their experience and tips for serving as a neutral in connection with challenging disputes where the emotional component can outweigh the substantive considerations.
