Private Mediation: A Path to Resolution

In partnership with the Santa Clara County Bar Association's Family Law Section, JAMS is hosting a reception in the JAMS Silicon Valley Resolution Center, followed by a CLE program, "Private Mediation: A Path to Resolution," featuring Hon. Vanessa A. Zecher (Ret.).
Drawing from her extensive experience on the bench and as a family law practitioner, Judge Zecher is known for her ability to bring parties to resolution. She will share insights and strategies for successful settlement. The program will cover:
