The Consumer Attorneys of California and San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association present a panel discussion about the rules for voir dire and then transition into a discussion of broad topics such as such as amount of time judges allow for voir dire and the purpose of voir dire. The program will also cover specific topics that come up in voir dire, such as asking judges to pre-instruct on certain topics, asking jurors about money, asking jurors about pain and suffering, etc.
