JAMS is a proud sponsor of the U.S-Mexico Bar Association (USMBA) Annual Conference on November 6-8, 2024 in Cancun, Mexico. JAMS neutral, Hon. Michael Massengale (Former), FCIArb, will be joining a panel discussion focused on International Arbitration.
This year’s conference theme will be “Top Legal Issues for U.S.-Mexico Cross-Border Dealings - 2025 and Beyond” building on the success of last year’s event in Austin, TX. Panels will include top lawyers, members of the judiciary, and academics from Mexico and the U.S. panels will address cross-border issues of common interest including labor, litigation, nearshoring, energy, immigration, real estate, compliance, customs, finance and financial restructuring, taxation. There will also be networking tables for discussion of interesting topics. In addition, for U.S. attorneys, the event will grant CLE credits.
