2025 Annual Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China

JAMS is pleased to be a supporting organization of the "2025 Annual Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China”, taking place on March 12 in Mexico City and March 14, in Lima, Peru. Hosted by the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court (BAC/BIAC), the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM), the Asociación de Empresas Chinas en Perú (AECP) and CIArb Peru Chapter. This Summit will release the "Annual Review and Preview on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China (2025)” and feature various sessions focusing on arbitration, international trade, energy, mining, and intellectual property. Distinguished panelists from both China and Latin America will share the latest trends in commercial legal practices and explore strategies to address emerging challenges in various sectors.
