This program will address the cutting-edge ethical issues arising out of the use of AI. An experienced faculty of judges, in-house counsel, plaintiffs’ counsel and defense counsel in civil litigation will also cover ethical issues counsel should be aware of that are on the horizon, as AI legal technology continues to evolve.
