Ethics for Corporate Lawyers 2025
Corporate counsel face many complex ethics issues in their daily practice. Participants in this highly interactive program will view a series of new video vignettes that illustrate timely ethics issues. Participants will then be asked to “vote” electronically on the correct ethical responses. A highly experienced panel will then offer best practices and provide analysis of the issues presented. JAMS neutral Hon. James "Jay" C. Francis IV (Ret.) will join the panel discussion “Ethics for Corporate Lawyers – Part I” at 2:10pm and “Ethics for Corporate Lawyers – Part II” at 3:25pm.
