Join JAMS neutral James T. Swenson, Retired Judge, Hennepin County District Court for a CLE discussing "Early Neutral Evaluations in Minnesota: When and how they began, plus a glimpse into the future" on Wednesday, July 23 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Judge Swenson will trace the development of the 4th Judicial District Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) program and explain how the components are transferable to other ENE court programs. Non-program ENEs will be explored as well including suitable participants, appropriate timing and subject matters. Attendees will gain historical context, practical insights, and a forward-looking perspective on the role of ENEs both within and outside of court programs.
