Judge Jacobs-May will present “Persuasion and Decision-Making in Negotiation and Mediation,” a highly interactive program designed to help attorneys enhance their effectiveness in negotiations and mediations by understanding and demonstrating how decisions are made. Attendees will explore the factors that influence choices at the bargaining table and learn practical persuasion techniques to advance client goals while maintaining professionalism and civility.
