Richard Alexander Murdaugh, during the 2025 Southern Conference of Bar Presidents. Judge Newman; SC Attorney General Alan Wilson; Chief Attorney of the General's Office State Grand Jury Section Creighton Water; and Attorney Richard Harpootlian will have an exclusive conversation unpacking the legal, media and cultural impact of the Alexander Murdaugh case. The panel discussion, "The Murdaugh Trial: Justice, Media, and the Making of a National Story" will take place on October 7th at 2pm.
