The event focuses on legal and regulatory issues affecting Managed Care Organizations in a landscape shaped by political shifts, regulatory changes, and technological innovation. Designed for the MCO legal community, the forum will include outside counsel, in-house attorneys, and healthcare executives sharing perspectives on current challenges, litigation, claims strategies, and disputes in the payor space.
