The Managed Care Disputes and Litigation forum, hosted by ACI, will take place April 30–May 1, 2026, at the Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites in Chicago, IL. The event focuses on legal and regulatory issues affecting Managed Care Organizations in a landscape shaped by political shifts, regulatory changes, and technological innovation. Designed for the MCO legal community, the forum will include outside counsel, in-house attorneys, and healthcare executives sharing perspectives on current challenges, litigation, claims strategies, and disputes in the payor space.
