74th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

The Antitrust Law Spring Meeting is the largest gathering of competition, consumer protection, and data privacy professionals globally, with academics, economists, enforcers, law students, lawyers (both defense and plaintiffs bar), and legal service providers. The Spring Meeting provides a valuable opportunity to gather both domestic and international perspectives on competition, consumer protection, and data privacy law from talented/esteemed faculty as well as delegates. JAMS neutral Hon. Bernice B. Donald (Ret.) will join the panel discussion “Out of Control? Minority Shareholders Feel Heat” on Wednesday, March 25 at 3:30pm. See more information about Judge Donald’s panel below:

“Out of Control? Minority Shareholders Feel Heat”
Wednesday, March 25 | 3:30pm – 5:30pm

The FTC and DOJ continue to investigate minority shareholders in both transactions and conduct matters, including securing consent decrees and filing amicus briefs in cases brought by state enforcers. Likewise, the EU has had several high-profile antitrust investigations of minority shareholders. We examine this trend and provide advice on how to navigate increasingly rocky investor waters.

Session Chair/Moderator
•    Charles C. Moore, White & Case LLP

Speakers
•    Hon. Bernice B. Donald (Ret.), Mediator/Arbitrator, JAMS
•    John W. O’Toole, WilmerHale
