IV CR Connection Mission Latam 2026 - Buenos Aires

JAMS is a proud supporting organization of the IV CR Connection LATAM Mission – Buenos Aires 2026, an international gathering dedicated to exploring the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in Latin America.

JAMS neutral Jay Folberg will be participating in the event along with JAMS Weinstein Fellow Luciana Drimel Dias, founder of CR Connection, and JAMS Weinstein Senior Fellows Liliana Amione and Ximena Bustamante.

Organized by CR Connection and Instituto Educa Brasilis, the program will bring together mediators, arbitrators, lawyers, academics and other professionals interested in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Over three days, participants will engage in panels, workshops and discussions addressing topics such as access to justice, governance and ESG considerations, regional developments in ADR frameworks and the role of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—in dispute resolution processes.

The event also provides opportunities for dialogue and collaboration among dispute resolution practitioners from across Latin America and beyond, fostering connections and exchanges on the evolving role of ADR in addressing complex legal and commercial challenges.
