The evening will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a special conversation, Q&A and book signing featuring retired Judge Rosen discussing his book, The Grand Bargain: The Inside Story of Detroit’s Dramatic Journey from Bankruptcy to Rebirth. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
The awards ceremony will begin at 7:15 p.m.
