Join leading members of the bench and bar for Mediation Best Practices – A Forum for E.D. Michigan’s Mediators, Trial Lawyers, and Judges, presented by the Eastern District of Michigan Bar Association. This afternoon program will bring together mediators, litigators and judges for a practical, forward-looking discussion on effective mediation advocacy, dispute resolution strategy and emerging developments in ADR.
