Led by Zee Claiborne, Esq., this concise and practical session will provide an overview of both processes, with guidance attendees can apply immediately. Ms. Claiborne will cover strategic preparation, effective participation, and common ADR missteps to avoid.
Lunch will be served beginning at 11:45 a.m., and the program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
