Live Simulation. Real Conflict. One Human Mediator. One Digital.

After being presented in various regions around the world, this program arrives in Latin America for the first time in Spanish, with Mexico as its host. At a time when mediation is beginning to gain ground in the country, this experience offers a unique opportunity to explore its potential and the growing role of technology.

Imagine witnessing a live international commercial dispute. On one side, an experienced human mediator; on the other, generative artificial intelligence tools. Both will guide the same conflict in parallel, allowing participants to observe how each identifies emotions, proposes options, and addresses power imbalances between the parties.

The purpose is not to pit human against machine, nor to suggest that AI should replace the mediator. On the contrary, experiences in other jurisdictions show that AI can enhance human skills, streamline tasks, and expand access to collaborative dispute resolution methods.

This program is aimed at members of international law firms based in Mexico. While digital mediation is not yet common in the country, it is widely used in many jurisdictions where these firms operate. Understanding this tool today is a way to prepare for tomorrow.

At the conclusion, an interactive dialogue will include the perspective of a U.S. lawyer on the role of counsel in mediation. The discussion will address a common concern in Mexico—that clients may not pay fees comparable to litigation—and explain why this does not occur in the United States, while presenting strategies for a profitable and constructive engagement.

We want to hear your questions, impressions, and expectations. Technology only becomes meaningful when it is built together with those who understand the practice—and the limits—of human conflict.

If you are a lawyer, mediator, human resources leader, compliance professional, or simply someone curious about the future of dispute resolution, this event is for you.

Come with an open mind and a critical spirit.

Participate. Question. Help reinvent mediation through human intelligence supported by artificial intelligence.

Simulación en Vivo. Conflicto Real.
