Hon. Bernice Bouie Donald joins the Nashville Bar Association Historical Committee as faculty for its annual free Historical CLE, "The Nashville Sit-ins: Legal Challenges, Civil Rights, and Lasting Impact." Co-presented by the Napier-Looby Bar Association, the program will examine pivotal moments in Nashville’s Civil Rights history and their lasting impact on the legal profession and the pursuit of justice. Judge Donald's panel, "Ethical Considerations of the Judge and Lawyers in the Sit-in Trials" will begin at 3:15 p.m.
