National Disability Employment Awareness Month Powered by Inclusion

Featuring JAMS President Kimberly Taylor

One of our core values here at JAMS is embracing diversity and providing equal opportunities for everyone while respecting each other’s differences and supporting each other’s strengths. As we recognize National Disability Employment Awareness Month, our president, Kim Taylor, speaks to the importance of inclusivity, specifically to the disabled community and JAMS’ ongoing efforts to provide equity not only in our hiring process, but in the design of our resolution centers, which comply with ADA requirements. We’re proud to spread the message of disability employment awareness as we strive to be an equal opportunity leader in the ADR field.
