Fireside Chat: A Conversation Between BLS Judges

See highlights of JAMS Boston’s Fireside Chat between two retired judges who have both presided over the successful Business Litigation Session (the "BLS") of the Massachusetts Superior Court. The Hon. Judith Fabricant (Ret.) who served as the Superior Court’s chief justice from 2014 until her retirement in 2021 was interviewed by the Hon. Margaret Hinkle (Ret.), one of JAMS most valued neutrals since she retired from the bench in 2011 after 18 years on the Superior Court.

Their interview was an interesting and informative conversation that shined light on how retired judges view their role in the dispute resolution process as well as what they think a good advocate’s approach should be to a complex business case.
