Reasonable Accommodations for Mental Health in the Time of COVID

The rise in diagnoses of mental health disorders during the last two years has been called a “second pandemic.” Just over half of adults aged 18 to 44 have reported symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as 38% of adults living with children.
