Hon. Regina Cahan (Ret.) is a mediator, arbitrator and discovery master at JAMS, bringing a wealth of experience from her 14-year tenure on the King County Superior Court and as a prosecutor in the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Her diverse practice spans employment, personal injury, commercial and family law cases. With both a J.D. and a master's degree in social work, Judge Cahan was deeply impacted by previous roles, which included running incest survivor groups, providing counseling at rape crisis centers and supporting battered women's shelters.
