JAMS Adds Former Kilpatrick Atty From ADR Biz In Atlanta
Alternative dispute resolution services provider JAMS has added a former Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP construction and infrastructure attorney who most recently led his own ADR practice in Atlanta.
Randy Hafer, who is based in the Atlanta Resolution Center, has joined JAMS after three years running his own ADR practice, Hafer Dispute Resolution LLC, JAMS said Thursday.
At JAMS, Hafer will serve as an arbitrator, mediator, dispute board member and neutral evaluator, handling engineering and construction, international and cross-border, business and commercial, and insurance matters, the company said.
