JAMS New York Resolution Center

Located on the 16th Floor of the New York Times Building, this world-class hearing facility provides modern, spacious conference rooms and case administration services for international and domestic arbitration and other ADR matters. Founded in 1979, JAMS serves as an international arbitration institution to leading law firms and global corporations and as a provider of international arbitrators to other arbitral bodies. JAMS arbitrators work with JAMS International Arbitration Rules as well as the rules of any major institution.

This partnership enables NYIAC to utilize JAMS' New York Resolution Center for international arbitrations and jointly develop events for the arbitration community. The collaboration elevates New York’s standing as a premier venue for international arbitrations, providing lawyers and parties with efficient and impartial dispute resolution services. Additionally, NYIAC@JAMS offers expanded ADR services, customized dispute resolution processes, and educational opportunities, including hybrid and live training programs, discussions on trends, and networking events. This partnership reflects the evolving landscape of international arbitration, addressing the growing globalization of the economy and the demand for innovative and diverse dispute resolution methods.
