Beth Greenfield-Mandler comes to JAMS after serving as acting chief circuit mediator for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, in Florida. Ms. Greenfield-Mandler has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), focusing on resolving complex federal legal and commercial disputes through mediation. She is a seasoned neutral who handles a wide range of matters, including business and commercial, federal, appellate, civil rights, class action and intellectual property disputes.
