Adam Myron, Esq., joins JAMS as an accomplished Florida litigator and dispute resolution professional with decades of experience representing individuals, businesses and high-profile clients in complex legal matters. A seasoned trial lawyer and a respected neutral, he will bring strategic insight, practical solutions and a measured approach to his alternative dispute resolution processes.
Mr. Myron’s background encompasses a broad range of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) work, including business and partnership disputes, professional liability and malpractice claims, trust and estate litigation, defamation cases, noncompetition and employment disputes, personal injury matters, association law cases, and both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
A champion for effective conflict resolution, Mr. Myron is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Mediator and is a Florida Qualified Arbitrator. As a JAMS neutral, he will focus on the delivery of efficient and equitable outcomes to individuals and organizations through ADR processes.

- Claims for breach of contract by a staffing agency against a business that had created COVID-19 testing centers during the pandemic
- A lawsuit seeking millions of dollars in damages for breach of fiduciary duty and conversion arising from the allegedly filing of false K-1 statements and unauthorized transfer of real property
- Claims for tortious interference and breach of fiduciary duty involving a third-party administrator of ERISA retirement plans
- A dispute between an artist and an art dealer seeking the return of artwork allegedly misappropriated by the dealer
- A dispute between a purchaser and seller of a horse seeking damages for injuries allegedly sustained during transport
