The system provides a secure electronic experience for storing and exchanging documents with all the parties and the arbitrator in any JAMS arbitration.

“JAMS continually strives to offer more efficient and cost effective arbitration. The e-JAMS service will be invaluable for our arbitration clients, who know how document intensive the process can be,” said Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO. “We are confident that attorneys will be pleased with the convenience and cost savings that e-JAMS provides in managing large volumes of arbitration documents.”

e-JAMS provides the ability to:
  • Access and search documents online 24/7

Documents will be available for access by all parties, counsel and the arbitrator through any Internet connection.
