Atlanta – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Hon. Norman S. Fletcher (Ret.) to its panel. Fletcher will be based in the JAMS Atlanta Resolution Center, where he will specialize as a mediator, arbitrator and discovery master for disputes in a variety of areas including Business/Commercial, Construction, Insurance, Real Estate and Family Law.
Justice Fletcher served on the Georgia Supreme Court from 1990-2005, including a term as Presiding Justice from 1995-2001 and Chief Justice from 2001-2005. He retired from the Court in June 2005 and joined Brinson, Askew, Berry, Seigler, Richardson & Davis as Of Counsel, bringing with him nearly 50 years of experience as a justice, trial lawyer, counselor, city and county attorney and general practitioner.

Justice Fletcher received his B.A. and an LL. B. from the University of Georgia and an LL. M. from the University of Virginia.
