Ornstil, Esq. will be named the 2012 Mediator of the Year by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. The award will be presented to him at the 13th Annual Trial Lawyer of the Year Gala at the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco on April 26.
Mr. Ornstil was one of the first full-time attorney neutrals in California. Since joining JAMS in 1994, he has served as a mediator, arbitrator and special master/discovery referee on more than 4,000 cases across all areas of civil litigation.
