Toronto – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of D. Bruce Garrow, FCIArb. Mr. Garrow will be based in the JAMS Toronto Resolution Centre and will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Aviation, Aerospace Insurance, Maritime Law and Product Liability.
Mr. Garrow is an internationally recognized expert in the field of aviation and aerospace law, insurance and product liability. Most recently, he was a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais. He has served as a judge pro tem in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice hearing pre-trial conferences for the purpose of promoting settlement. He is also certified as a specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Mr. Garrow received his LLB from McGill University and his LLM from McGill University, Institute of Air and Space Law.
