JAMS Features Prominently in Who’s Who Legal 2014

Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, is proud to announce it was featured heavily in the 2014 edition of Who’s Who Legal.

JAMS is identified as the pre-eminent provider of mediation services. It also singles out a number of panelists across the country.

In D.C., Linda Singer is said to be “superb” and a “pioneer,” and served as a special master to the U.S. District Court, SDNY. She is joined by Michael Lewis, who has mediated and arbitrated disputes from the business, public policy, employment, environment and governmental sectors. In New York, Michael Young has conducted more than 1,250 mediations and arbitrations in more than 30 states and internationally, and is viewed as “the king of financial services mediation” according to admiring peers.

Robert Davidson was recommended to researchers for both his mediation and arbitration practices. Bruce Edwards is one of five California-based nominees in this edition and a founding partner of JAMS. “One of the pre-eminent figures in the history of the market,” he has mediated more than 4,500 disputes throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Zela Claiborne is “one of the most experienced mediators in the world, and one of the best.” Eric Van Loon in Boston is also held in very high esteem for his track record across a range of industries, while John Hinchey in Atlanta is among the foremost construction mediators in the world.
