JAMS Neutrals Dominate Chicago Leading Lawyers Survey

Rakowski (Ret.) and William Hartgering, Esq. were voted among the top rated neutrals in the state.

The survey asks which of their peers they believe comprise the top lawyers in Illinois. Only those lawyers who are most often recommended qualify as Leading Lawyers.
