George D. Calkins II, Esq. was ranked under Construction Mediation in California and is held as one of “the most prominent names” in construction disputes. He is a popular choice as a mediator and arbitrator due to his “real understanding of facts and very tenacious approach.”

Hon. Daniel Weinstein (Ret.) was listed under National Mediators and has "been at the top of the game nationally for some time.” He is considered a leading choice for insurance and securities disputes, with a highly impressive track record in resolving particularly complex cases. Chambers and Partners is based in London and began as general book publishers in 1969. Chambers’ staff of full-time researchers now prepares legal directories, which assess and rank the world’s leading lawyers according to their reputations among peers and clients. The USA Guide was first introduced in 2003 and ranks the leading firms and lawyers in an extensive range of practice areas throughout the country. The research is in-depth and client focused. The annual Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business is read by industry-leading companies and organizations throughout the U.S. and worldwide, and is widely used by firms for referral purposes.

Law firms and individual lawyers are assessed on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment and other qualities most valued by the client.
