Thomas I. Elkind, Esq. Joins JAMS in Boston

Former mediator and arbitrator brings his expertise to JAMS Boston Resolution Center

New Panelist Announcement

BOSTON – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Thomas I. Elkind, Esq. to its panel. Mr. Elkind will be based in the Boston Resolution Center and will serve as an arbitrator and mediator to resolve disputes in Business/Commercial, Banking, Construction, Professional Liability, Employment and Real Estate.

Mr. Elkind brings more than 35 years of experience to his practice at JAMS. He is known as an adept mediator and arbitrator who has been honored as a mediator by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Norfolk Probate and Family Court.

Tom brings the strongest level of commitment to resolving disputes to his practice at JAMS. He has earned a reputation for being a trusted and determined mediator, which will serve him well as he takes his place among our other distinguished panelists.

Mr. Elkind received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.
