ATLANTA - JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Joyce B. Klemmer, Esq. to its panel. Ms. Klemmer will be based in the Atlanta Resolution Center and will be available worldwide to serve as a mediator, arbitrator, special master and discovery referee in a variety of areas including intellectual property, copyright, patent and trademark infringement, trade secrets and related business/commercial disputes involving contracts and licenses.
Ms. Klemmer joins JAMS following a successful three-decade career in intellectual property litigation, most recently as a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP. She has effectively resolved hundreds of cases in the areas of copyright, patent and trademark infringement, trade secrets, and commercial disputes, and has argued in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Klemmer is known for her commitment and creativity in settling disputes both as an advocate and a neutral. She is a panelist of the International Trademark Association Panel of Trademark Mediators and a Board Member of both the Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Sections of the Atlanta Bar Association.
