Bradley A. Winters, Esq., is a highly regarded and sought-after mediator and arbitrator with more than 40 years of trial practice and over 1,000 mediations. He is ranked by Chambers USA on its “National Mediators” list and is recognized across the country as an effective top-tier mediator for challenging high-stakes cases ranging from automotive, consumer and civil rights class actions to construction defects to wrongful death and personal injury cases with complex medical and causation issues.

During his career as a trial attorney, Mr. Winters worked at a multinational law firm representing some of America’s largest companies and at a boutique firm representing plaintiffs in product liability and construction cases.

Mr. Winters handles a wide range of contract and tort cases, including multi-party construction, class actions, employment, personal injury, product liability, labor, consumer protection, intellectual property, health care and insurance coverage.

He achieves settlements that have eluded the parties in the most challenging cases with thoughtful and painstaking pre-session preparation and planning and, when necessary, post-session follow-up – often helping parties overcome challenges encountered while preparing settlement documents.

Mr. Winters is active in the JAMS Institute and participates several times a year in programs for new Neutrals and advanced training for experienced JAMS mediators.
