Karen Beutler serves as Vice President of Operations and U.S. Expansion at JAMS. She leads operations across Los Angeles, Century City, Inland Empire, and Seattle markets, working closely with senior leadership to advance strategic initiatives, market expansion, and business development. Karen oversees all facets of operations while prioritizing panelist and associate engagement and delivering exceptional service to ADR users. Her collaborative leadership supports JAMS’ mission to provide the highest quality dispute resolution services to clients and communities nationwide.
