Within a few years, certainly before the end of the decade, attorneys engaged in trust advocacy will use artificial intelligence programs with advanced large language and generative capabilities, enhanced by emergent planning capacity. The programs will principally guide pre-negotiation strategic planning and perhaps secondarily support tactical decision-making during mediations.
