The ADR Section is presenting a primer on the use of video conferencing for mediating legal disputes. The panelists will review the most-used online platforms, discussing advantages and disadvantages, best practices, document sharing, personalizing the process, and security and confidentiality concerns. Included will be managing the waiting room and breakout rooms, and tips and techniques developed through online experience. There will be generous opportunity for questions.
